Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of ELIMU, operated by Dzhevret Sali, Langgrütstrasse 102 8047 Zürich Switzerland.

The pilot

ELIMU is in a closed pilot. Access is by invitation and free of charge. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable at times.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you add to ELIMU. You allow us to store and show it as needed to run the service — for example, to show your public Passport to anyone with its link, or to pass your application to the festival you apply to. Only add content you have the right to share, and keep it accurate.

Festival information and Fit

Festival details, deadlines and application routes are read from public sources and may change. Check them with the festival before you rely on them. A Fit score is an indication, not a promise of selection; every booking decision is the festival's own.

Liability

We provide ELIMU as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions made by festivals or other users.

Ending

You can stop using ELIMU and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to dzhevret@elimumusic.com.

Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of the operator.
